So please no matter what kind of stress you are under, listen to your body, it will tell you what it needs.
Oatmeal is very grounding and keeps your body naturally in homeostasis, add some cinnamon and coconut oil and you have yourself a blood sugar balancing full protein, carb and fat meal that will keep you satiated for a fair amount of time.
